Revenge of the meat blob (learning resource)

As I still feel a bit node-shy and wanted to dive into procedural textures, I followed a video tutorial, here.

Well, video tutorials really don't do with me and this one speeds up as soon as we get to the main part; really, I would have much rather preferred a slide-show. And node layouts are. mmh, a poor substitute for a material programming language >#-#<
Nah seriously it's just hard to put even a trivial node layout in a single screenshot, I was imagining ways to make the layout more flexible while patching it up for upl. but who cares. It would be nice if they had an option to do a screenshot of the whole node layout at an arbitrary pixel size...

So, the tutorial was pretty good and teaches you how to make a pumpkin or whatever but being lazy and divergent I ended with a meat blob.
